Abstract Arka Kalpana is a significant pharmaceutical formulation in Ayurveda, particularly valued for its potency, extended shelf life, and enhanced absorption. It plays an essential role in ocular therapeutics, offering a natural and preservative-free alternative for eye care. This systematic review, adhering to PRISMA guidelines, aims to explore the historical significance, methods of preparation, and therapeutic applications of Arka Kalpana in Netraroga (eye disorders). The review highlights its pharmacological properties, advantages over other formulations, and the potential for future research in Ayurvedic ophthalmology.
